Break out the brooms — Keys sweep Salem

If you didn’t make it out to The Grove this weekend, you missed quite a series.

The Keys opened their 2013 campaign with a sweep of Salem, winning by 10 on Friday and walking off the Red Sox on Saturday and Sunday. Frederick’s pitchers allowed just four runs to Sox hitters for the series.

To cap the series off, outfielder Glynn Davis blasted a two-run 10th inning homer Sunday afternoon.

And, in blog-related news, this blog finished 28th on MLBlogs March leaderboard. Movin’ on up!
