Machado Madness in Frederick

In his Carolina League Debut, the Orioles’ #1 prospect, SS Manny Machado, went 1-for-4. His lone hit was a towering blast to left field in the 3rd inning. The Machado homer was the lone scored by the Keys on Thursday night as they fell to the Winston-Salem Dash, 2-1. The story of the night, however, was the impressive debut of the 18-year-old shortstop.
